Your First Visit
As a new patient in our office, your first visit will be a consultation with the doctor and will take about an hour. Together we will discuss your oral health goals and any pain you are experiencing. Then the doctor will complete an exam, diagnosis any issues she finds and discuss treatment options with you. Depending on scheduling and the complexity of the recommended treatment, a second appointment may be necessary to begin your treatment.
We love to save you time! Please complete your new patient forms before your appointment.
For your safety, please let us know of any medical conditions or current medications that you are taking. If possible, please bring a list of current medications from your primary physician.
We work with all insurance companies and will gladly help you process your insurance claims to maximize your benefits. We are in-network with most PPO dental insurance plans. We also accept Medi-Cal. Please feel free to contact us to inquire about using your dental insurance benefits.
